Erkut Baloglu graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Bogazici University followed by Financial Engineering Ms and Banking Phd. He worked for 22 years in banks mainly dealing with transformation programs initiated after M&A's as well as topics like customer experience, customer communication, process optimization, digital transformation, sustainability and business design.
Throughout his career he focused keenly on customer experience, digitalization and sustainability. He also has a sustainability certificate from Cambridge University.
In 2022 he joined Karaca as Chief Customer Officer where he has the opportunity to focus on customer relationship management, marketing, corporate communication and sustainability with a customer centric point of view. He was also one of the executive committee members.
Currently he is one of the executives of AktifBank ecosystem holding board and executive committee member positions in many companies.
